Share one useful fact with your team

Review a scoped fact before making it visible to every workspace member.

Imagine a project decision appears in a conversation visible to only a few members, but the whole team may need it. Jackdaw can suggest widening that fact's visibility. You make the call.

1. Find the suggestion

Switch to the team workspace. Open the Inbox and select Suggested to share with your workspace under Needs your call. This row appears only when a suggestion is pending. The same flow applies in a family workspace; a personal workspace has no wider audience.

2. Read the scope

On Workspace suggestions, locate the decision or task. Read its value, source grouping, reason for the suggestion, and the current visibility count. Confirm that the fact is appropriate for every member of this workspace to see. If the underlying claim itself is wrong, resolve that through the ordinary fact review flow; this screen decides visibility.

3. Decide

Choose Share with everyone if all workspace members should be able to use the fact. Choose Keep scoped if it belongs with the smaller group. The suggestion disappears after your decision. Jackdaw does not widen a fact while it waits for you.

This is distinct from connecting a shared source: selecting a source determines what Jackdaw imports, while a workspace suggestion decides whether one existing fact becomes visible across the workspace. See Workspace sharing suggestions.
