Workspace sharing suggestions

Decide when a fact visible to a few members should be visible to the whole workspace.

In a family or team workspace, a fact can be visible to only a subset of members. Jackdaw may suggest sharing a workspace-relevant fact more widely. It does not widen visibility on its own.

Review a suggestion

  1. Switch to the shared workspace in the workspace switcher.
  2. Open the Inbox. When there are suggestions, select Suggested to share with your workspace under Needs your call.
  3. On Workspace suggestions, read the fact, its kind and reason, and how many members can currently see it.
  4. Choose Share with everyone to widen that fact's visibility to workspace members, or Keep scoped to leave its current visibility in place.

The screen groups suggestions by source type. A personal workspace has no wider workspace audience, so there is nothing to review there. An empty list in a shared workspace simply means there are no pending suggestions.

This decision changes who can see an existing fact. It is separate from approving an inferred fact as true in the review inbox, and from selecting which source containers an admin syncs in Connections.

Try Share one useful fact with your team for an example.
