Restore an archived Wiki page

Find a page removed from normal navigation and recover its latest or earlier content.

Archiving a freeform Wiki page removes it from the sidebar, search, and All knowledge. The page remains recoverable in the same workspace.

1. Find the page

Switch to the workspace where the page lived. In the Wiki sidebar, open Archived pages and locate it by name. If you cannot find it, check that you are in the right workspace; an archive belongs to the workspace where it was created.

2. Inspect its history

Choose History on the archived row. Read the revisions before restoring if the page changed several times. The history shows who or what made a revision and lets you inspect the selected version.

3. Restore the version you need

To bring back the most recently archived content, choose Restore on the row. To recover an eligible earlier human revision, select it in History and choose Restore this version. Workspace editors and admins can restore; readers can inspect history but cannot change the page.

Return to the Wiki and open the restored page. Check its title, notes, and links before sharing it. Restoring a revision is itself recorded in page history, so you can see when the recovery happened.

For normal page organization, see Navigating your wiki and Using the Wiki.
