Email hello@sntnl.dev. Include your Jackdaw workspace name and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, service-account keys, or connected-source content.
Google Workspace administrator connection
- Sign in to Jackdaw with a verified email from your Google Workspace domain.
- Create or open a Work workspace where you are a Jackdaw workspace administrator.
- Open Settings → Connections and choose Connect Google Workspace.
- Complete Google's installation screen with a Google Workspace super-administrator account.
- Return to Jackdaw, open Manage Google data, and enable only the shared drives or member sources you want Jackdaw to import. Every content source starts off.
If activation remains pending, confirm that the Marketplace installation was completed for the same domain as your verified Jackdaw email, wait a few minutes for Google's authorization to propagate, and choose Sync now.
Remove access or imported organization data
A Jackdaw workspace administrator can turn off one selected source or disconnect Google Workspace in Settings → Connections. Jackdaw removes that source's imported projection before the control is turned off. A Google Workspace super administrator can also uninstall Jackdaw from the Google Admin console. For account-wide deletion, use Settings → Danger Zone → Wipe all data + disconnect sourcesor contact support.
